Since Toast Your Event has no control over third party websites, you accept that should you enter such resources via our website, you do so at your own risk.
Toast Your Event will not request full payment up-front. Once a plan has been discussed and agreed, confirmations are issued up between the client and Toast Your Event. It is then that all non-refundable holding deposits for venues, services, etc. The balance of the contract will then need to be settled three weeks prior to the wedding day or event . Toast Your Event not receive full payment on or before these last three weeks prior to the wedding day, then Toast Your Event will no longer be able to offer the agreed service to you.
This contract is issued as a confirmation of a verbal agreement made between you, the client and Toast Your Event.
Toast Your Event can not be held responsible for the non performance or absence of any third party services supplied by us and cannot be held accountable for happenings beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for the actions of third parties. We act as agents for their services. In the unlikely event any dispute will be between you, the client and the service provider in question.
You shall not hold Toast Your Event responsible for any loss, damage to or any illfated occurence on your wedding day or at your event, should it not be a direct result of the actions of Toast Your Event.
Payment of invoices supplied by Toast Your Event to the client is proof that client is satisfied with prices quoted and/or services provided.
You may decide to opt-out of the agreement between you and Toast Your Event. This must be done in writing and contain the same signatories as the original agreement. Unfortunately due to third parties being paid non-refundable deposits, Toast Your Event will not be able to refund any deposits.
Non signature of this agreement is not sufficient to cancel any confirmations or contracts drawn up by Toast Your Event.
Privacy and data protection - Toast Your Event respects your right to privacy and WILL NOT collect any personal information about you from your use of our website, unless you have given your express permission to do so. Any information which you do submit to us will not be made available to any third parties, and will only be used by Toast Your Event in line with the purpose for which you provided it.
By accepting these TERMS and CONDITIONS you are entering into an Agreement with Toast Your Event. You should read these TERMS and CONDITIONS carefully before accepting them.
We may modify these terms & conditions at any time prior to signing, at our discretion and modifications are effective upon being posted on this site. Please check back periodically, including before you provide any additional personally identifiable information via this site, to ensure that you are aware of any changes to it.
