1. The no-charge Weddings and Events sourcing service.
2. Wedding or Event Day co-ordination.
3. Full Wedding or Event co-ordination.
We offer an initial FREE Consultation which endeavors to establish your needs and requirements. We define the scope and the style of wedding or event, as well as unique elements you may require. We then put together a comprehensive package which best suits you.
The No-Charge Weddings or Events Sourcing Service
TOAST YOUR EVENT understand that some of you relish in the ups and downs of planning a special event, whether it be a wedding, benchmark celebration or a Christmas party. You may choose to use us as a large directory of the best quality suppliers with whom we have built up solid and excellent business relations with over the past 8 years. Thus incorporating our "NO- CHARGE" package.
Whether you need a band or a butler, camper or cabriolet, florist or a flame thrower, a mobile crèche or a marquee, you request it and we will source it and book it for you free of charge...No request is too big or too small. This is providing you dont book for full day coordination. If this service is not for you , you may decide once we have had our initial meeting to take on our more comprehensive package in the organisation of your wedding or event. Allowing us to free you from the responsibility, enabling you to spend more time enjoying the preparation and creation of you dream day or event. Because having fun matters...
Wedding or Event Day Co-Ordination
Your requirements may just involve on the day or evening co-ordination . We can liaise with any of your chosen suppliers and the venue or maybe assist in the running of a marquee where we can offer full support in a situation outside a controlled hotel environment or designated wedding venue. We can therefore offer a peace of mind package, entrusting all plans for the day to us. Thus you can remain confident the smooth running of all your hard work and efforts will be carried out to the letter. This will involve checking over every minuet detail from start to finish. Prior to the event we can assist in church, the venue, or marquee set up and dressing, supplier co-ordination on their arrival and time keeping if required. We also offer a "personal on the day concierge" service, whether it is to pick up related items or people, we are on call for you. We can also be used as the general point of call for the day.
You can use us however you see fit to allowing you the freedom to relax and enjoy the day and evening confident in the knowledge all your hard work is being professionally orchestrated and in capable hands.
Prices for this service start from £350.00 dependant on the amount of work required prior to the event and any extra staff requirements during the day and evening. You may even require a next day clear down service of which can be costed separately.
Full Wedding or Event Co-Ordination
This package maybe more for your requirements. We know at TOAST YOUR EVENT that some people find turning a dream into a reality can be a daunting and rather thankless task whilst others excel in these circumstances. Like so many people you just don't have the time available to commit to another project. Some of you may live out of the area now but still have family and friends in your home town and wish to hold your celebration there, therefore you may need the assistance in getting the best and most reliable suppliers involved in making your wedding or event run as smoothly and hassle free as possible.
With our wealth of knowledge, expertise and passion, we can assist you every step of the way in creating what will be a unique and bespoke day. We ensure that no stone is left unturned to make your day or evening as perfect if not more than you ever imagined. Most importantly we take pride in everything we do and have done and always endeavor to make it a day or night you and your guests will never forget!!!
Prices for this service start at £650.00 dependant on the amount of work required prior to the event any not including any extra staffing requirements.
